Private residences available for filming are rare in Hong Kong and old colonial styled residences particularly large in square footage are next to none in Hong Kong.  We were privileged to have been able to film in this residence and were very lucky in being able to partnership with the owner.  We were able to please both clients and agency while also being able to return the residence back to its original condition for its owner.  With built trust with the owner, we hope to have the pleasure of filming at this residence again in the near future.
