All project criteria are different which means the cost for each project is a fluctuating cost.  While shooting stills is a lower cost versus motion filming, when Twenty2 Production site visits your property, we can estimate from our experience and share with you how much rental fee can be expected.  Once agreed upon and location is confirmed, Twenty2 Production will arrange payment before shooting begins.  Any additional charges including overtime costs is arranged after the project has been completed.

All projects require insurance covering both crew and property.  In the case there is minor damage that has occurred during the shoot, Twenty2 Production experienced contractors can make repairs or can also be negotiated with a cash settlement.  For major damages that our contractors are unable to repair, our insurance policy would help to cover the costs. 

To prevent the loss of valuable items on your property, we suggest putting them away in a secure location a day before shooting begins.  During the our site visit, our experienced team would meet with you and remind you to place valuables in a safe place and to clarify any special requests regarding any valuable objects that can not be put away at your property.

Twenty2 Production teams are always on location before and during the shoot to take full responsibly of your property.  Before filming begins, we cover all walls and ground with plastic covers to protect them from equipment being moved and other accidental damages.

Our experienced teams are always on location before, during, and after filming so that any questions or requests can be addressed with the owners immediately.  Once filming is completed, Twenty2 Production teams work to return your property back to its original state and like we were never there.

Each project has difference requirements, and therefore will always be a need to have furniture moved or adjusted or a painting replaced, and windows opened.  Our art department teams work to make these changes possible by bringing vases and props to custom built furniture to be used at your property and removed after shooting to minimise any changes to your property.  No permanent changes to your property are ever done.  In addition, before shooting our production crews take detailed photo records of your property before anything is moved or adjusted.  Once shooting is completed, our production crews use the detailed photo record to cross reference to place back everything to its original place to ensure your property is returned back to you in its original state.

Twenty2 Production will not publish or share any personal information such as names, addresses, and contact numbers.  We act as your representative and therefore it is our responsibility to protect both your information and your property.  When pitching your property to the client, Twenty2 Production will only share photos with no detailed information included.  In the case property owners do not want pictures to be shared, Twenty2 Production would be more than happy to discuss on how this can be arranged.

For the average shooting, there are around 20-30 people consisting of the director crew, production team, camera crew, lighting crew, makeup artist, stylist, cast, agency and clients.  Each project requires a different amount of space, but always requires the full space that can be provided by the property.  While filming focuses on 2-3 main locations on the property, it also requires additional space for the make up room, dressing room, client room, cast’s room, and equipment room.  Our teams are all experienced professionals and will treat your property with respect.
