Rather than building an entire studio sets to replicate a home dwelling for shooting, there are a handful of special private residences that offer their homes for filming throughout Hong Kong.  These wonderful people enjoy sharing their homes to the public through TVCs and films as their homes are beautifully designed and have architectural significance in Hong Kong.  We were lucky to work at this particular residence after meeting with its owner and building a mutual trust between each other.  We treated the residence as our own and took every precaution to return the home to its original condition.  There are only a handful of such residences in Hong Kong that offer this service and we are proud to say that we are fluent in working with these residences and working in partnership with them.
